Breathe deep. Imagine the ocean breeze and the feel the sun warming your skin. Let the fragrance of tropical flowers and the sound of the surf fill your senses with an air of awe, gratitude and peace.

This is Isla Mujeres, a tropical island located 8 miles from Cancun, Mexico. It has been granted the coveted Pueblo Mágico (Magical Village) status by Mexico’s Secretariat of Tourism in 2015. This program recognizes towns all across Mexico that provide visitors with a “magical” experience, whether it is their natural beauty, cultural riches or historical relevance. Isla Mujeres offers all three and much more.

Prepare for this retreat to break you through to new levels of creativity, passion for life, business success and personal strength in your every day life.

Daily Routines:

- Sunrise self hypnosis group practice/meditation followed by gentle/moderate exercise: biking, beach walk, swimming or tai chi.

- Relaxing evening routine of connection, reflection, sharing, readings and tea.

Workshops:

- Developing the Voice of Your Inner Counsellor for a more fulfilling relationship with Yourself and Others: exploring observations, feelings, needs, and requests

- Authentic Connnecting: discover greater self awareness and authenticity (this game brings about many insights and laughter, it has been a group favorite in past workshops)


Adventures:

All of this will coincide with the passing through of the whale sharks and we will spend an unforgettable day swimming with these peaceful and majestic creatures in the Carribean sea.

Free time:

You will have two full days to yourself to complete more bucket list activities, relax/reflect or do something fun with new friends.

This truly magical week will culminate in an excursion to the Temple Ixchel honoring the Mayan goddess of the moon, fertility, and happiness.

You will also leave with an mp3 of the custom self hypnosis audio used during the trip to continue your daily practice and keep the memory of this experience alive whenever you need it. It has been designed to combat self sabotage by hard-wiring neural connections for confidence, connection, faith, abundance and the satisfying fulflillment of one's true purpose in life.

Included: Retreat with Adelle Ramcharan (daily routines for sunrise and sunset, workshops, incidental coaching), your whale shark swimming day excursion (comes with a light breakfast, non-alcoholic drinks and lunch on the boat followed by fresh ceviche after the trip)

Not included: Your transportation, food or accomodation costs. We will be there during peak whale shark season but it is the off season for tourism, so we can snag some great deals. Your total hotel price for the week will be between $300 to $600 dollars.
